Mostbet General Provisions

  1. These rules outline the acceptance of bets, payout processes, dispute resolution methods, and stipulations for specific sports betting. They define the relationship between the Client and the Betting Company and ensure that both parties agree to the established procedures.
  2. All bets placed on the platform signify the Client’s agreement to these Terms. The Client acknowledges having read and agreed to them before engaging in betting activities. Acceptance is recorded electronically, without the need for a written signature.
  3. The Betting Company reserves the right to store information about a Client’s actions, including registration data and interactions on the platform, for security and record-keeping. This process ensures transparency and accountability.
  4. The Company provides betting on sporting events, except in regions where such services are legally restricted. Betting is promoted as a recreational activity, with the Company encouraging responsible gambling practices.
  5. Only individuals who have reached the legal gambling age, typically 18 or older, are permitted to place bets. Compliance with age requirements is strictly enforced.
  6. Bets are not accepted from:
    1. Persons under the legal age;
    2. Individuals directly participating in the event, such as athletes or officials;
    3. Individuals associated with other betting companies;
    4. Persons using accounts that do not belong to them;
    5. From individuals who have provided incorrect information about themselves as a Customer during registration and/or authentication;
    6. Clients with multiple registrations or prior self-exclusion records.
  7. If a Client violates these Terms, the Company may block accounts, refuse payouts, or cancel bets. The Company reserves the right to enforce these actions upon discovering any breach of rules.
  8. Each Client may hold only one account to maintain fair and controlled betting. This limit applies for: one family, addresses, email addresses, credit card numbers, or IP addresses.
  9. The Company reserves the right to verify a Client’s identity before processing payouts or transactions. This verification can take up to 60 days and may require additional documentation, depending on the case.
  10. The Company may cancel or restrict a Client’s account if there is evidence of:
    1. Prior knowledge of event outcomes;
    2. Syndicate betting or organized group play;
    3. Use of software to manipulate or automate betting activities;
    4. Having multiple accounts (multiple registration);
    5. Fraudulent or unethical behavior that breaches these Terms.
  11. Clients are responsible for actions taken in their account. Protecting login credentials and ensuring account security is solely the Client’s responsibility.
  12. The Company is not responsible for indirect losses, including lost profits or incidental damages, even if potential issues are disclosed beforehand.
  13. The Company does not provide internet services and is not liable for network issues that disrupt betting. The Client understands that betting services rely on electronic communication, and interruptions do not justify bet cancellations.
  14. The Company may amend these Terms with 14 days’ notice to Clients. Updated Terms are available on the Company’s website, and notifications are sent via email.
  15. To ensure uninterrupted platform service, the Company may adjust products or features without affecting active bets or client transactions.
  16. These Terms extend to any new games or services that may be added to the website following the Client’s initial acceptance of the Terms.
  17. The Company may assign or transfer rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity without prior Client notification, provided that Client rights remain protected.
  18. Clients are not permitted to transfer or assign any rights or obligations under these Terms to third parties.
  19. The original language of these Terms is English, which prevails over translations published solely for convenience.
